Hip Hop Dance Class 6 Week Session (Vibes Dance x Embr Studio)

Cambridge's newest fitness (and more) studio, Embr, is here! Vibes Dance will be hosting progressive weekly dance classes for those that don't like the vibe of burpees and treadmills, but need a fun way to get their cardio in! Classes will be open level, meaning they will be taught and adjusted based on the experience level of students, so ALL are welcome. Groove, vibe and connect with the community while dancing to R&B, Hip Hop and Rap style music. We will work our way through a dance combination over the course of 6 weeks and learn foundational moves. Dance is an amazing way to exercise and advance your cardiovascular health, balance, coordination and mental well-being.We are so excited for you to join our community- a place where you can grow, connect and become the best version of YOU!

Please bring clean indoor shoes and water.

No refunds will be given for missed classes. If the instructor needs to cancel a class due to illness or severe weather, an extra session date will be added.
