Hip City is back for a full-fat night of northern soul, Motown and classic dancefloor gold at The Art Bank — and this time we’ve got a very special guest: Mr Billy Shannon.Billy’s soul journey started at Manchester’s Twisted Wheel in 1964, rolled through the golden era (yes, Wigan Casino), and took him into running Timewarp distribution and founding the Baseline label. Now a renowned record dealer and veteran DJ, he’ll be spinning an irresistible selection of proper classics from his collection. Shoes shined, hearts primed — let’s go. 💥
