WHAT THIS IS:
Hinotori Workforce Access Day is a curated hiring event designed to connect employers with candidates in a structured, intentional setting.

This is not a traditional job fair.

Instead of walking around and dropping resumes, you’ll be part of a guided experience where you:

• Meet employers in focused, timed interactions
• Have meaningful conversations (not rushed or random)
• Leave with clear next steps

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

This event is ideal for:

• Job seekers ready to work
• Individuals exploring opportunities in: Trades, Construction, Healthcare, Hospitality

EMPLOYERS PARTICIPATING:

We are intentionally keeping this event curated and limited to ensure quality interactions.

Confirmed employers will be announced.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Register for a time slot (Wave 1 or Wave 2)
2. Arrive on time and check in
3. Participate in structured rotations with employers
4. Get connected to next steps (interviews, follow-ups, or support pathways)

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Registration is required (no guaranteed walk-ins). After registration a confirmation email will be sent to you with instruction on filling out an intake form. This form is required prior to attending the event.
