During the entire month of September, Himmel’s Landscape and Garden Center is focused on taking action to help alleviate food insecurity and bring awareness to the growing hunger problem in our community. We are teaming up with the Anne Arundel County Food Bank and will be a drop off site for non-perishable food items and monetary donations. On September 26, we are encouraging the community to be a part of the solution in a fun, family friendly event! We will have crafts, live music, a food truck, special speakers, and a sunset hangout at the fire pit after our normal business hours. Don’t forget to grab your Fall Package, because we are also donating 10% of our sales that day right back to the AACO food bank. Stay tuned for more details as we get closer to the date!
