Led by Madhavi, this sound journey combines sacred instruments, guided meditation, and gentle chanting to help you relax completely, body, mind, and spirit.

• A deeply restorative sound experience while lying comfortably on a yoga mat

• Psychosis or related mental health concerns
• Infectious diseases (for safety of other participants)
• Back or neck issues (Madhavi can advise you)
