Join Solar Soul Circle for a deeply relaxing 60-minute sound bath inside the peaceful Himalayan Salt Cave at Saltwonder in North Vancouver.

Through intentional sound this experience is designed to help you slow down, soften the mind, and rest your nervous system.

You’ll be invited to lie down, get comfortable, and simply receive. No movement, talking, or experience is required.

Alex Ma of Solar Soul Circle will guide the evening using a soothing blend of instruments, including handpan, crystal singing bowls, rainstick, chimes, and other resonant sound tools.

The warm glow of the salt cave creates a peaceful atmosphere for deep rest, reflection, and reconnection.

This experience is beginner-friendly and gentle. There is no pressure to share, process, or “do” anything. Just rest.
