The Firecracker 5000 course offers a scenic lakeside run that showcases the natural beauty of Jarvis Creek Park. Starting at the park’s main entrance, participants will wind their way through shaded roadways and open running paths, passing picturesque views of the sparkling lake.
The route features a mix of paved roads and paved paths, making it both runner- and walker-friendly. Leased dogs are always welcome to run. A flat course provides the perfect balance of challenge and comfort for participants of all fitness levels. As you make your way around the lake, you’ll be surrounded by lush greenery and the vibrant sights and sounds of Hilton Head’s unique wildlife.
The finish line awaits near the park pavilion, where cheering spectators and post-race festivities add to the celebratory atmosphere. Whether you're chasing a personal best or enjoying a leisurely holiday run, the Firecracker 5K course offers a memorable experience for all!
