About this Event
Arrive anytime between 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM to socialize with fellow HFC owners and community members. Local farm-fresh food by Comida Kin, pizza by FG Amore, and beverages will be available for purchase. Comida Kin purchases locally grown food from ~20 local farms--farms that may soon be supplying our community-owned grocery store!
Starting at 6:30 PM, hear the latest exciting updates about the community-owned food co-op being built in downtown Hillsboro! Bring a neighbor, bring the family. A play corner for children in the same room as the meeting is available, but no childcare supervision will be offered. Owners of Hillsboro Food Co-op are encouraged to attend, but the event is open to any community member interested in the food co-op being built in Downtown Hillsboro.
Getting there: Free street parking is available and Trimet public transportation has a bus stop nearby.
