What to Expect:

Mile Crusher combines walking, jogging, and running with strategically placed workout stations along the Beltline. Each stop presents a new challenge before you get back on the move, covering just over a mile before finishing with an ab-focused core session. This 45-minute session is the perfect blend of intensity and accessibility, making it a great challenge for all fitness levels.

We’ll gather at Union Fit Hub, accessible directly from the Beltline. Look for the Hills4ATL banner and our team to guide you.

Parking:

• Ponce City Market parking is available as it was last year.

• Street parking is an option, but Saturdays are busy—please check signs carefully as ticketing is enforced.
