Arrival Day (Friday 14th November):
Flexible Arrival: Begin your retreat with a warm welcome, arriving at your leisure.
Check-In: Official check-in starts at 2 pm, but feel free to unwind in our bar or explore the serene woodlands surrounding Hillbark.
Dining Options: If you have chosen our À La Carte booking, choose your dining experience in either our atmospheric Cellar Restaurant or the elegant Dining Room. For those who have booked our Tasting Menu, this will be served in our Cellar Restaurant.
Spa Treatment: Enhance your stay with a pre-booked spa treatment at Solaia Spa (additional cost). You can schedule an indulgent spa treatment at the time of booking.
Evening Relaxation: Retire to your luxurious room by midnight.
Saturday 15th November:
Morning Delight: Rise at 8 am to the comfort of roaring fires and Christmas decor adorning Hillbark. The hotel will have been magically transformed overnight, and will be in full Christmas swing.
Hearty Breakfast: Savour a hearty Full English breakfast as part of your Dinner, Bed and Breakfast package.
Carol Serenade: Be serenaded by a choir of 30 voices singing carols at 10 am.
Afternoon Tea: Before departing, book a festive afternoon tea to finish off your memorable stay (additional cost). This can be booked at the same time as booking the Christmas Reveal package.
