About this Event

First: A Guided Reflective Nature Walk through the Texas Hill Country. 🌿

Wendy will lead a slow, intentional walk through the beautiful landscape surrounding Cranes Mill Retreats — and this isn't a hike. There's no pace to keep up with. No destination to reach. No performance required.

This is a walk with prompts. With pauses. With space to actually notice what's happening inside you as you move through the world outside you.

Along the way, you'll stop to reflect and journal — simple, honest questions designed to help you hear yourself more clearly. The kind of questions that don't have right answers, only your answers.

Women often say that the insights that come to them on a walk like this are the ones they've been trying to think their way to for months. Sometimes your body just needs to move before your truth can speak.

You'll finish the walk feeling clearer, more grounded, and more connected to yourself than when you started.

Then: Julie Habelmann of Noble Tones wraps it all up with a Sound Bath. 🎶

You've moved your body. You've heard yourself think. You've written something honest down on a page.

Now it's time to let it all settle.

Julie's crystal alchemy bowls and healing instruments will carry you into a deep, restorative sound meditation — the perfect close to a morning spent coming back to yourself. The vibrations move through your body in a way that the thinking mind simply can't interfere with. Whatever came up on the walk, whatever you wrote, whatever you felt — the sound bath gives it space to land without you having to do anything with it yet.

Just receive. Just rest. Just be.

This is for you if:

  • You feel most like yourself when you're outside — and you don't do it nearly enough
  • You're in a season of transition and you're craving clarity that you can't seem to find sitting still
  • You've been so busy looking after everyone else that you've lost the thread back to your own thoughts and feelings
  • You know journaling is good for you but you never quite know what to write — you need someone to ask the right questions
  • You want to walk away from a morning with something real — not just a good feeling, but actual clarity about where you're headed

About Your Guides

Wendy has spent years helping organisations reduce burnout and create better cultures — and now she's turning that work toward the individuals who are ready to stop running on empty and start trusting themselves again. She is warm, grounded, and genuinely gifted at asking the questions that cut right through the noise.

Julie Habelmann of Noble Tones is a certified integrative sound healing practitioner, entrepreneur, speaker, and women's heart health advocate. After 20+ years in marketing and surviving a heart attack, she rebuilt her entire life around wellbeing — and now holds space for women to do the same.

Together, they've designed a morning that moves you — literally and otherwise.

Spots are limited to keep the walk intimate and the experience personal.
