What to Expect:

• Walking Meditation: Start your morning with a serene walking meditation through the beautiful vineyards.
• Outdoor Yoga: Followed by a rejuvinating outdoor yoga session among the grapevines.
• Wine Tasting: Top off your day with a glass of wine , included in your ticket price!

Be sure to bring your phone to capture fun moments!

Schedule:

• Check-in: Begins at 10:15 AM
• Class Start: Promptly at 10:30 AM

Parking & Meeting Spot:

• Plenty of parking is available to the left of the red barn, in front of the white fence.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat (or towel/blanket) and carrier
• Water
• Sunscreen/Bug spray
• Eyemask,unglasses, or small towel to cover eyes during savasana.
• Comfortable, layered clothing and shoes suitable for hiking/walking (consider the weather and temperature)

Facilities:

• Restrooms are available in the tasting room.
