Hike Spotlight: Farmington Pond to Lagoon’s Campground and back 🥾Join us for a relaxing hike along the Farmington Creek Trail: Lagoon Section - a beautiful, paved path perfect for an easy evening hike.
📏 Distance: About 3.5 miles (out-and-back)
⏱ Time: Be at Farmington Pond @ 7:00 pm - It will take 1 to 1.5 hours at a comfortable pace
🌿 Difficulty: Easy—great for all hiking levels
🛤 Trail Surface: Fully paved, making it friendly for everyone
This trail offers peaceful views, a gentle stroll, and the perfect setting for great conversation with friends. Whether you’re here for the exercise, the scenery, or just to laugh and connect, this hike delivers it all. You will also get to see the backside of Lagoon where there are elk and buffalo.
A full meal cooked with CanCookers™ will be provided at the end of the hike for all hikers consisting of potatoes, carrots, onions, zucchini and sausage. (Feel free to donate $3 for the meal. However donation is optional).
If you want to carpool, The suggested meet up is Marshall’s Parking lot at 10180 South, State Street in Sandy. Be there at 6 PM and leave at 6:10 PM
