About this Event
If you are an active midlife women who loves hiking but your body isn't making it as easy as it used to, then this workshop is for you!
Hiking feels different after 40+ and there's a reason for that!
Maybe your energy isn't what it used to be? Recovery taking longer? Your joints ache, body pains, shifts in digestion, weight gain, and more. Perhaps you're nursing an injury that won't seem to quit, or you've had to cut back on hiking because your body just isn't keeping up the way it once did.
What we'll cover
In this free interactive workshop, National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and fellow Blue Hills hiker Heather Cabral walks you through how changes in midlife connect to your energy, endurance, and recovery and what a new approach to hiking after 40 could look like for you.
