Location: Bulldog Canyon to Lone MountainDistance: About 2.2 miles round-trip
Duration: Approximately 1.5–2 hours
Meet Time: 8:00 AM at the Bulldog Canyon parking lot
We’ll kick off the new year with a short, steady climb up Lone Mountain.
The trail starts just beyond the Bulldog Canyon gate and gradually climbs to a low summit with wide views of the desert. At the top, we’ll take a break, have a snack, and take a few minutes to talk about what we’re each bringing into the new year.
Expect a mild incline on the way up and some loose gravel on the way down. Nothing too technical, but shoes with good grip are a must.
Bring water, sun protection, and anything you need to stay comfortable.
