🥾🛶 Our next adventure is a Hike & Kayak at Richard Bong State Recreation Area on Saturday, August 22!
🥾 Hike – 10:00 AM
We'll begin with an approximately 4-mile hike on maintained trails with some rolling hills as we explore the park and hike around the lake. We'll return to the parking area around lunchtime.
🥪 Lunch Break
Be sure to pack a lunch! We'll have time to relax, eat, and socialize before heading out on the water.
🛶 Kayak – 1:00 PM
We'll launch at 1:00 PM from the beach (unless I'm able to confirm a designated kayak launch on the lake before the event).
You're welcome to join us for both activities or just one—whatever fits your schedule!

🐕 Dogs Welcome
Dogs are welcome on the hike but should be kept on a short leash. If you're planning to kayak afterward, please make arrangements for your dog during the paddling portion.
🎟️ State Park Admission
Richard Bong is a Wisconsin State Park, so a valid Wisconsin State Park admission pass is required, or you'll need to purchase a day pass upon arrival.
