Hike, Yoga and Meditation @ Irvine Regional Park

Join professional yoga instructor and certified naturalist Heather Westenhofer for a Sunday morning in the cathedral of the natural world. We begin with a short hike to warm up and learn more about the ecology of the Orange Hills and the movement to save them. Then we return to our meeting spot to pick up our mats for an all-levels yoga practice in nature. We will finish up with a meditation where we will get to know the oak trees that provide shade for our practice! Bring your breakfast and enjoy social time following. Meet at parking lot N (parking lot 13 in google maps). Best for ages 16 and up. Bring a mat and/or towel for your comfort on the ground. No one turned away for lack of funds. Questions?
