Join professional yoga instructor and certified naturalist Heather Westenhofer for a short (.5mi) uphill hike, all-levels yoga practice with a view, and a walking meditation on the return. Bring your breakfast and enjoy social time following! Meet at parking lot N (parking lot 13 in google maps). Bring a mat and/or towel for your comfort on the ground. Questions?
