Reset Your Family Frequency

Reset Your Family Frequency is a one of a kind workshop, combining sound healing and family support.

Created to ground your spirit and open your heart as Yvonne of @ DecideBalance will first guide us through a Reiki Soundbath experience.

We will then have a presentation given by Christina @ phoenix_essentials who is a Marriage and Family Therapist. She will discuss three mindful shifts parents/caretakers can make that will reset the frequency in your home and help improve the relationships with your children and your partner.

Join us on Sunday Jan 18, 2025 @ 9:30am for 2 hours as we remember, release, and relearn together.

Bring in this New Year with meaningful intention, by learning how to reset the energy in your home and improve your most important relationships. When one individual changes within a system, the whole system will be changed. You decide the direction of that change!
