Hike to Grotto Falls & lunch in Gatlinburg

Take Roaring Forks Motor trail to Grotto falls for a 2.6 mile hike elevation gain 524. Hopefully by this date parking will not be a problem. If we do not find parking the Roaring Forks Trail is still worth going on, as the woods are pretty and there is an old farm and mill to see. The alternate hike could be the Old Sugarlands Trail, 3 miles with a 204 elevation gain, it the historic old road through the park before 441 was built.
Meet at the big animal parking lot in Cherokee just past Native Brews to carpool. We will also stop at the Sugarlands visitors center before heading to Roaring Forks Motor Trail.
