Hike & Cold Plunge w/ Ice Cold Club

We’re heading north to explore one of the most beautiful and rewarding trails in the Hudson Highlands. After a moderate climb with sweeping views , we’ll hike down for aguided cold plunge experienceled by Ice Cold Club. This intentional immersion is designed to boost circulation, calm your mind, and unlock a deep sense of presence.

Bring your hiking shoes (you’ll need grip!), swimsuit, towel, water, and a lunch. This is your Sunday reset—movement, nature, community, and powerful breath-led stillness.
