Hike and Yoga

Join Nature Yoga Guide, Rebekah for a fun, family-friendly Hike & Yoga experience. We’ll start with some intros and then hike out to a beautiful overlook (no more than a mile) where we will have a beginner friendly standing yoga (no mat needed), then head back to Samuell Farm—fresh air, movement, and good company included.

Cost: $25
Location: Samuell Farms
Parking: Free on-site

Bring: Water, optional snack (pack out trash), comfy clothes + shoes. Trekking poles optional. No yoga mat needed.

Who Can Join:
Everyone! Kids and leashed dogs are free and welcome. There are bathrooms and a playground at thefront of the property. No strollers—children and dogs must be able to hike 3 miles or parents must be willing and able to carry them. Be sure to bring extra water.

Good to Know:
The hike will be beginner friendly. Big spray and sunscreen strongly encouraged. Also, the time of snakes is here. We will stay on the path so it is much safer.
