Escape the city and reconnect with nature through an exciting hike in the Buda Hills, gentle yin yoga with aromatherapy, and a transformative sound journey for deep relaxation.
HIKE&YOGA PROGRAM:
•Hike in the Buda Hills, exploring the famous Árpád Kilátó through a secret path, surrounded by a thick forest where you can breathe in fresh, oxygen-rich air and reconnect with nature. . (2.5 hrs)
• easy Yin style yoga with aromatherapy by Dori in Sivananda Jógaközpont,
• Sound Journey with space frequencies and sacred instruments (crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, rain stick etc..) for deep relaxation,
📍 MEETING POINT📍 In front of Tram Bistro in Budapest, Hűvösvölgyi út 156, 1021. Please be on time
It is a circular trail, if you arrive by car you can park in Hűvösvölgy.
Hike: 9 KM, moderate, please wear appropriate hiking clothes
Yoga: easy yin style, we have changing room and toilets in our studio

Full Experience: 7.000 HUF
Hike only: 3000 (from 9,30 to 13,30)

Dori is a devoted Yoga instructor specializing in Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Reiki, Sound baths and Sound healing therapies. With over 400 hours of Yoga Alliance-certified training, my journey through Thailand and the Himalayan mountains has deeply shaped my practice and teachings. My aim is to teach you all those skills and qualities you need to live a healthier, happier and more fulfilled life through Yoga; such as self-confidence, courage, kindness, grace, resilience, self-love&care, motivation, trust, discipline, strength, patience, ease, mindfulness. I am excited to share this practice with you!
