🌿✨ Looking for a refreshing start to your weekend? Join BEEC & the Boys & Girls Club of Brattleboro for Hike and Seek—short, themed family walks in local wild places!
🥾 Each outing includes snacks, basic trail safety, and even transportation & outdoor gear if needed. Activities geared towards families with children age 5-11, but all ages welcome.

🛶 9/27 – Paddle Safari (Retreat Meadows) – Explore life on the water with family canoes & kayaks.
🍁 10/4 – Nature Art (Black Gum Swamp) – Create leaf art in a swamp full of autumn color.
🐿 10/18 – Tiny Travelers (BEEC) – Discover how seeds move with games & exploration.
🪵 Nov. 1: Shelter Building at Retreat Farm— It is stick season! Join us for a fun stick challenge and build your skills with debris shelters.
🦉 Nov. 15: Night Creatures at BEEC— Join us on a hike to listen for sounds of the night and learn about night creatures around a fire.
🌲 Dec. 6: Nature's Treasures at BEEC — We will gather nature’s treasures and make wreaths to bring in the green during the winter season.
