7PM FITNESS PRESENTS....

HIIT. DRIP. FIT. 2025. Experience 90 minutes of HIIT, while you let the sweat DRIP, to be unapologetically FIT!!

This event will take place Saturday November 22, 2025, from 10:00 - 11:30am at 7PM Fitness. Featuring five of the DMV's hottest trainers are bringing you a total body workout like you have never experienced before, from yoga, to cardio and core!

After the workout grab a refreshing cold pressed juice from Fitbae or delicious snack from Spizzy. Yoga mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own, doors open at 9:30am.
