Weekly outside HIIT Workouts
🤸Training structure:
– Warm-up
– Dynamic stretching and mobility exercises
– Main workout part
– Optional challenge (for those who want an extra push)
– Cool down
The training is suitable for different fitness levels. The intensity can be adjusted individually, and alternative exercises can be done when needed.
📅When:
Saturday, June the 6th at 6 PM
Saturday, June the 13th at 6 PM
Saturday, June the 20th at 6 PM
Saturday, June the 27th at 6 PM
Each session will last about 1 hour, with an optional 10–15 minutes for stretching and cool down afterwards.
📍Where: Centrální park Pankrác – This is the meeting spot: 50°02’57.0″N 14°25’50.6″E
🎒What to prepare:
– A mat (e.g., yoga mat)
– Comfortable sportswear and suitable shoes
– Insect repellent (for ticks and mosquitoes)
– A small towel
– A bottle of water
– Respect for other participants and the training process
👥Who can join?
The session is free of charge and anyonewith no medical or physical restrictions for participating in HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) can join.

Rail works as an IT Engineer, but sport and physical activity are an important part of his life. He has completed a certification as a Functional Trainer, and he is currently in the process of becoming a Personal Trainer. He enjoys working with people and helping them improve their physical condition and overall well-being. Besides HIIT, he also practices activities such as Jiu-Jitsu, yoga, and kickboxing — everything that supports a healthy and active lifestyle.
