Club Milli is a high-energy dance fitness class designed for millennials who still know every word to the 2000s hits, but have no business being in da club. This HIIT-style workout combines easy-to-follow dance moves for bursts of cardio and strength-based intervals, all set to themed playlists packed with the songs that defined a generation.
Whether you're a former club regular or just miss dancing with your friends, Club Milli is your chance to move, laugh, and let loose in a judgment-free space where the nostalgia is high and the stress is low.
