HIIT the Bags, Fuel the Body
30 minutes circuit training. In & out. Full-body movement.
A beginner-friendly circuit with basic boxing + conditioning , no experience needed.
Bring your partner, friend, mom, dad, truly everybody can do this.
In just 30 minutes you’ll sweat, move your body, learn something new, and leave feeling STRONG.
After the workout, we’ll refuel together with Fruta juice samples and bites of our nourishing wraps because movement + nourishment go hand in hand.
