HIIT Instructor Training – Step Into Your Power as a CoachIf you’re passionate about movement, love high-energy workouts, and want to inspire others, this certification is your next step. Our High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Instructor Training is designed to turn motivated movers into confident, knowledgeable, and dynamic leaders who know how to create classes people can’t wait to come back to.
This program blends science, practical skills, and hands-on teaching experience to help you feel fully prepared to guide clients through safe, effective, and empowering HIIT workouts. Whether you’re brand new to teaching or want to expand your fitness offerings, you’ll gain the knowledge, confidence, and coaching tools to lead with clarity and authenticity.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Throughout this comprehensive training, you’ll learn how to:
✨ Design powerful, purposeful HIIT workouts
Understand work-to-rest ratios, program structure, intensity balance, and how to progress or regress exercises based on your clients’ needs.
Teach with confidence and energy
Develop your cueing, voice, timing, leadership presence, and motivational coaching style—so your clients feel supported, challenged, and inspired.
Understand the science behind HIIT
Learn how energy systems work, how the body responds to high intensity, how to use physiology to program smarter, and how to maximize performance and recovery.
Keep your classes safe and inclusive
Learn warm-up and cool-down protocols, red flags to watch for, how to prevent common HIIT injuries, and how to adapt movements for beginners, older adults, prenatal clients, and those returning from injury.
Coach real humans—mindset and motivation included
Build confidence in helping clients push through mental barriers, overcome self-doubt, stay engaged, and celebrate progress in a supportive community environment.
Lead full classes from start to finish
Put everything into practice with hands-on teaching opportunities so you graduate feeling prepared, empowered, and ready to teach.
Start building your brand as an instructor
Learn how to stand out, attract clients, and begin developing your signature teaching style and business presence.
Training Details
May 29th, 30th, 31st
Times:
▫️ Friday: 6:00–9:00pm
▫️ Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am–6:00pm
Tuition: $550.00 + GST
Deposit: $200 + GST (non-refundable; holds your spot)
