HIIT Class

This 45 minutes high-intensity interval training class combines strength and cardio to target every part of your body. Boost your metabolism with exercises that hit every muscle group using the dumbbell, weights, kettlebell etc. The workout can be intense, pushing you to achieve the best results. Get set for blast-off!

Free for members and non members.

Suitable for all fitness level (18 years - 50 years of age)

Please wear comfortable workout attire and sports shoes.

Do bring along your sports towel and water bottle.

Venue: Open Space Outside AF Tampines East @ Tampines Mart (Approach our staff in the office when you arrive)
