Join us for a meaningful and invigorating event, the HIIT & Yoga ALS Fundraiser! We'll have two groups to cater to all exercise levels: a beginner group and an advanced group.Start your morning with a 45-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session to get your heart pumping and your muscles working. Then, wind down with a 30-minute yoga cooldown to stretch and relax your body and mind.
This event will take place in the backyard. We'll have water available, but please bring your own yoga mat or towel for your comfort.
The cost to participate is $20 per person, which can be made as a donation directly on the link below or via Venmo. All proceeds will go under the Team Dede name towards funding for a cure for ALS. Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig's disease or motor neuron disease, is a progressive, degenerative disease that destroys the nerve cells controlling voluntary muscle movement.
Kids are welcome to participate or to bring a bathing suit and swim while we workout!!!
