Join us for a peaceful and scenic E-Biking & Mindfulness ride from the James River to the Chickahominy River. This curated experience offers a unique opportunity to learn e-biking, enjoy the fall colors, and connect with nature and peers in a supportive environment.

• Brief e-bike training with professional instructors
• Guided 2-hour e-bike ride through stunning fall scenery
• A relaxing lunch stop at Spoke + Art Provisions Co.
• Moments of mindfulness and reflection in nature

This event is designed to support healing and connection through:

• Physical activity in the fresh air
• Mindfulness practices for mental clarity
• Peer connection and community
• Stress reduction and a renewed sense of purpose

No previous e-biking experience is necessary—just bring your willingness to try something new!
