Join Gen, Raquel, and Sara for this magical evening of movement, mindfulness, and more!
The evening kicks off with a Sacred Cacao Ceremony guided by Sara Auclair. Ceremonial Cacao has many benefits, but is best known for it's heart-opening and mood-boosting effects. Often times it energizes and brings feelings of euphoria. When sat with in Sacred Ceremony, it helps us to connect with others on a deeper level and creates a sense of belonging and support.
The rest of the evening is a self-guided adventure where you can move your body and express yourself to a high vibrational, carefully curated playlist, enjoy a tea and tarot/oracle station, participate in sacred arts and crafts either as a group or alone, or enjoy sacred rest to journal, ground, and sink deeper into the experience.
This is a magical evening of connection with your highest self and our sacred community. Grab your friends and join us for an evening you won't forget!
