Tea has a long history of denoting class and status. Tea has a longer standing history as wellness support and even treatment for a myriad of health issues. If you know Jamaicans, you know we believe in tea!...and the Rastas believe in the energy of nature and herbs!  

This is tea time as a circle time for holistic and social wellness support - atypical healing circle for atypical times. 

At this High Tea we will kickback to discuss some of the herbs that supportive in Spring time transitions of life and encorporating these herbs in our lives. This will be the first High Tea for the year, and I hope you join us this weekend!!  Enjoy the tea bar, kava mocktails, music and tea loving friends.
