Empower yourself with life-saving skills this summer!
SGMC Health is hosting a hands-on CPR training designed specifically for high school students. Whether you’re looking to build your resume, prepare for a healthcare career, or simply learn how to help in an emergency, this course gives you the confidence and certification to make a difference.
Participants will receive American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support certification and gain practical experience in CPR techniques and AED use—all in a supportive, instructor-led environment.
What You’ll Learn
- CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) techniques
- How to properly use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
- Real-life emergency response skills
- AHA Basic Life Support Certification (valid for two years)
