Getting your child’s sports
physical done now saves the
stress of trying to squeeze it
in during August.
OSF HealthCare providers can complete
sports physicals for youth and will handle
the exam, any needed follow‑up testing,
and all required medical forms. Children
entering 6th or 9th grade must visit their
Primary Care Provider to meet vaccination
requirements. Sports physicals help
confirm your child is healthy and prepared
for their chosen sport, supporting safe play
and reducing injury risk.
When: Wednesday, July 15, 8-11 a.m.
Where: Flanagan High School
Cost: $25.00 - Cash or Check
Proceeds are donated back to the high school sports program.
