This group offers a safe and supportive space for high school students to explore identity, emotions, and stress through creative expression.

Participants engage in both guided and open studio art activities that promote self-awareness, confidence, and emotional processing.
No art experience is needed and all supplies are provided. A small donation is appreciated to help cover art supply costs, but it is not required.
