🚨 Important Reminder: You MUST get Instructor Approval before registering for the test! This is a high-rank test, and it must be done in a group setting—no private tests for high ranks.
What to Wear:
Your clean, wrinkle-free Allstar uniform (jacket, pants, and belt) with both patches SEWN ON. T-shirts are NOT allowed.
What to Bring:
Sparring Gear
Your camera for all the action shots and videos!
Family & Friends to cheer you on!
What You'll Do:
Kicking & Punching Techniques: Show your best moves!
Required Pattern: Perfect your form!
Sparring: 4 rounds of 2-minute sparring, including one 1v2 round. No crying, poor attitudes, or showing weakness, please!
4 Successful Board Breaks: Break your boards within 3 attempts to pass.
Remember, the test is for your performance, not just for a belt. If you don’t meet the standards, it’s a “No Change”—but don’t worry, we’re confident you can do it! 💪
When Will You Get Your New Rank?
If you pass, you’ll get your new belt and certificate during your next class! ✨
