How the Leadership Lab works

• Small group (max 6 participants) – ensuring depth, focus, and tailored discussion

• Real-world application – bring live issues from your team into each session

• Pre-learning – you’ll be sent some materials to read/watch prior to each session. This maximises our time together, discussing how to applying the learning to your situation

• Peer learning – benefit from shared challenges, insight, and experience

• Psychology-informed facilitation – grounded in organisational and team research, translated into practical tools

• Action-focused – each session ends with clear next steps to apply immediately
