Location: Red & Blue Events Venue at 1415 W. 7th Street in Little Rock at the corner of 7th and Woodlane.
High-functioning teams are built through intentional investment in people, relationships, and shared purpose. This session explores what distinguishes teams that thrive from those that are simply busy, using a relationships-first lens. It highlights how leaders care for and develop their teams by creating clarity, trust, and alignment—and how individuals at every level contribute to a culture of collaboration and accountability. Participants will gain practical strategies to strengthen team relationships, enhance effectiveness, and achieve measurable results.
What are the parking options?
Parking spots are located facing the Red & Blue Events Venue, and additional parking is available in the Victory Building Parking Deck, which is located diagonally across from Red & Blue.Enter the deck from 6th Street and park in Visitor parking on the ground level.
Cost: $1/hour or $5/day
There are also some spots available on nearby streets.

Dr. Meredith N. Brunen
Senior Consultant | Gonser Gerber LLP
Dr. Meredith N. Brunen serves as an advisor and thought partner to advancement executives and their teams on all facets of development, including comprehensive campaign planning, advancement strategy, donor and alumni engagement, board development, foundations management, integrated marketing and communications, and strengthening advancement operations—particularly during periods of transition and growth. She brings over 20 years of executive experience, including serving as Chief Development Officer for Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and the Momentary, and the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts (formerly the Arkansas Arts Center), and in senior executive roles at Hendrix College, University of West Georgia, USC Upstate, University of West Florida, and NorthWest Arkansas Community College. She served as CEO of Institutional Foundations at the universities where she served.
In addition to her consulting work, Dr. Brunen supports clients and the field through executive search services, campaign readiness studies, ongoing counsel, and educational programs delivered through the Gonser Gerber Institute. A native Arkansan and triple graduate of the University of Arkansas, including an Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership, she is known for being a collaborative thought partner who helps teams achieve clarity, momentum, and lasting impact.
