Participants will complete a Personal Leadership Style Survey prior to session two.
SESSION 2: TUES (10/7/25) 8am - Noon
- Personal Leadership Style survey review and application
- Leading change, driving accountability, creating a "No excuses" culture
- Coaching, mentoring and developing the multi-generational workforce
- How AI can bolster your leadership impact
- *Your ticket covers both sessions
- *Each participant will receive a (1) hour complimentary private follow up session with Larry before January 31, 2026. Session may be held in person, via phone, or ZOOM.
