About this Event
HIGH FIVE 5K is a free, monthly community run/walk/jog hosted by Khalsa Seva Alliance Foundation across parks in Surrey, Delta, and Langley. No registration fee. No race. Just community, movement, and a sunrise.
Unlike traditional events, everyone receives their medal at the START LINE - because showing up at 5 AM is already the win! This is for the auntie who has never run before, the uncle who wants to try, the newcomer who wants to belong, and the seasoned runner who wants connection.
December 2026 location: Redwood Park, Surrey, BC.
Day of event: Arrive at 4:40 AM. Receive your medal at the start line. Join the group warm-up (5 minutes). Walk, jog, or run the 5 KM loop at your own pace. Enjoy refreshments and community connection afterwards.
This event is completely free - voluntary donations only. Everyone is welcome!
