Hidden Door Volunteer Gathering

Hidden Door has been taking over abandoned spaces in Edinburgh to put on unique and award-winning multi-arts festivals for over a decade. In June 2026 we're going back to the Paper Factory for One Last Shift and are looking for volunteers to help! If you're interested and want to hear more, come along to Leith Arches on the evening of Wednesday April 15th. There'll be a short presentation around 7pm followed by a chance to chat to current and past volunteers over a drink aftewards and sign--up for anything that interests you.

Hidden Door is an entirely volunteer-run organisation, and the roles we're currently looking to fill for include:

• Setup/Build team (in the runup to the festival)
• Art Invigilation
• Event Stewarding
• Merchandise team
• Content creation
• Box Office

No prior experience is necceasary and training will be provided. There'll be various shifts available during the runup and the festival itself to accomodate people's avaialability.

In return for your time, you'll get:

• a chance to take part in a unique event in Edinburgh's cultural calendar
• membership of the Hidden Door community
• free drinks and snacks while on shift
• discounted food, drink and merch at the festival
• free entry to nights of the festival you're not on duty
