We will start at hidden Creek nutrition in Burleson, Texas at 7 AM. Grab your hydration energy drink from the bar when we leave. We will walk down to the wooden bike trails behind Chisenhall, explore that area along a path and then make our way back to hidden Creek nutrition. Pick up your protein, shake and then hang out with your new friends for a little bit.
