SUMMER CAMP SPACES AVAILABLE:This five day summer singing camp at the end of August has space for anyone who wants to stretch themselves to sing solo and in small ensemble on microphones in a psychologically safe environment.
A maximum of eight singers.
We spend half the time working on individual solos (and receiving positive peer feedback in regard to our strengths and what is working well). The other half of the time we are working on learning specific small vocal ensemble arrangements.

The concept of the camp is for participants to experience what a performance class at HH is like in the
Independent Vocalist Program (IVP) AND… experience what the Small Vocal Ensemble Program is like.
On the fifth day we experience a professional recording studio and lay down whatever we got! Perfect or imperfect we are just there to experience walking through the steps.
Our group mindset is to “go with the flow” and make it work - stress free. Our aim is to learn through the somatic sensations of JOY! And that generally happens through PLAY. 🥰
We agree to keep an open mind and no expectations - which insures we have a GREAT TIME! And facilities deep and transformational learning outcomes. 👍👍👍

We will start each day with a deep somatic vocal warm up including some restorative/yin/hatha yoga and breath work, and we will take a meal break.
Classes at WVUC.
Recording at a private studio in East Vancouver.
