Join us for a powerful and thought-provoking SAATHI Circle as we come together to explore: Are We Taught To Put Everyone Else First?

From a young age, many of us are taught to prioritize others… but at what cost? 💭
In this circle, we’ll open up honest conversation around boundaries, identity, cultural expectations, and what it truly means to care for ourselves while still showing up for those we love.
