Hey Let's Yoga in the Park | A weekly series of outdoor yoga in Denver | Sloan’s Lake May-October | Picnic on the 4th Thursday Every MonthCalling yogi's of all ages and abilities! You are cordially invited to join us in our 3rd season of Weekly yoga with Hey Let's Yoga at Sloan's Lake , Thursdays 6:30pm . 2201 N Stuart Street , Denver, CO 80212 (adjacent to Sloan's Lake) You can find us just North of the small parking lot right at the end of 22nd, where it meets Stuart Street at Sloan's Lake. We will be under the lush canopy of trees with yoga mats! The exchange for this offering is a sliding scale donation of $5-35 , Venmo @heyletsyogas or bring cash. It goes directly to the teacher's and support staff, please know that we never want cost to be a barrier. We welcome trades as well as help spreading the word as an exchange of energy!
Come practice next to Sloan's Lake, in the City of Denver, including complimentary sunset mountain views. Enjoy a weekly rotation of local yoga teachers bringing you an all levels class, each class is as unique as the teachers teaching them.
Please come prepared with something to practice on yoga mat (towel, blanket or what you got works), Cozy layers (shady with a chance of cool) water, sunnies, maybe a hat and an open mind.
We will ease into an alignment based vinyasa style class, that focuses on breath and movement. This class is accessible to all, we work with you to find the right alignment for your body and practice.
Let us know you are coming! Register in advance for class, for insurance purposes and so that we may contact you with any class changes or last minute cancellations. By registering for class you are added to our mailing list, feel free to opt out at anytime. We respect your privacy 100% and will never share or sell your information.

How your contributions support our efforts: $5-15 | Basic Support covers our base expenses, ensuring we can continue providing sliding scale and free classes to those most in need within our community.
$20-25 | Sustaining Support, your contribute goes to equitable pay for all our teachers, support and administrative staff. This enables us to maitain a fair and sustainable working environment.
$30 - up | Pay it forward, this level of contribution gives us room to breathe easily with additional resources to support the practice of a community member that is unable to pay at this time. This also allows us to provide opportunities without barries to new yoga teachers that may not find comparable opportunities to learn and grow elsewhere.
Stay for post class community gathering BYOP (bring your own picnic) style on the fourth Thursday of every month , bring some snacks to enjoy one another's company until it is time to call it a night. In Community,
