Hetti is an inspirational speaker with varied career in business and is a recognised champion for for diversity, equality, and inclusion. She has led financial, commercial and transformational change at British Airways, Centrica, BT, Vodafone and now as CEO of Ploughshare Innovations. She is Chair of Refuge’s Board of Trustees and is widely recognised for her work in supporting victims of domestic abuse. In 2024, she received a CBE for her services to people affected by domestic abuse. She will talk about leadership, meaningful change and having a lasting positive impact.
