In 2026, Women of the Murray is proud to host our first-ever weekend retreat, created especially for women who do it all, carry the mental load, and rarely give themselves permission to pause. HERtreat is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and spend a full weekend reconnecting with yourself, surrounded by a warm, inclusive community of women from across the Murray River regions and beyond.
Across the weekend, you’ll experience a thoughtfully curated blend of wellbeing, movement, creativity, rest, and real, relatable self-development. Expect honest conversations, unfiltered stories, gentle motivation, and practical tips around mindset, boundaries, confidence, and navigating the season of life you’re in. This isn’t about fixing yourself or chasing productivity. It’s about slowing down, feeling supported, and leaving with clarity, energy, and connection.
Think barefoot mornings, nourishing meals, soulful evenings, laughter, and the kind of conversations that only happen when women feel safe, seen, and supported. There’s space to breathe, reflect, and simply be.
HERtreat is proudly grounded in place. Wherever possible, the retreat is delivered using local suppliers, caterers, and regional produce, supported by organisations that share our values. By attending, you’re investing not only in your own wellbeing, but also in regional businesses, community connection, and a more sustainable way of gathering.
Accommodation options will include shared cabins and un powered camp sites with a close with shower and toilet facilities as well as a charging station , so you can choose the experience that suits you best. We expect this retreat to sell out quickly.
