HERS 2026 - Honoring Exceptionally Regal Sisters
About this Event
HERS: Honoring Exceptionally Regal Sisters is Island SPACE Caribbean Museum's premier annual celebration of local Caribbean women. Now in its fourth year, HERS brings together culture, leadership, fashion, food, enterprise and recognition in an afternoon designed for women who shape families, businesses and communities.
Supported by Morey Wright, Commissioner, City of Tamarac, the 2026 event will transform the Tamarac Community Center into a Caribbean-centered celebratory gathering. There will be powerful messaging, an artisan marketplace, cultural performances, a fashion runway featuring Caribbean-American designers, curated food and drink experiences and an honoree ceremony spotlighting women doing exceptional work in South Florida.
Island SPACE is supported in part by the Broward County Cultural Division.
Step into an afternoon of elegance as you indulge in:
- Lessons in empowerment and self-care
- Ethno-chic fashions
- Awards honoring local Caribbean women’s service
